Age Divisions: 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, 18U, Girls

(all players must have this form filled out with a copy of the birth certificate at time of check in for the tournament.)

Check in for the tournamnent will be from 7:30 AM-8:30 AM on the morning of Sunday, May 20. Coaches meteting will start at 8:40 - 8:50 AM and games will start promptly at 9:00 AM.

 

 

 

1st & 2nd Place Individual Awards in each age division.

1st & 2nd Place Team Awards in each age division.

MVP Award to one player in each age division.

All players receive a TeamX Sports National Tournament T-Shirt.

All Players receive a tournament keepsake bag.

All teams guaranteed a minimum of three games.

Games are two (12) minute halves w/ running clock.
