How do we strive to accomplish this? It begins with our philosophy. We strive to create a family friendly environment where whole families can enjoy our sports events.

TeamX is proud to offer a counter cultural sports environment where:

1. Every child plays an equal amount of time regardless of ability

2. Kids can choose their teammates

3. Character is emphasized over physical ability

3. Practices are limited to once a week

4. Games do not exceed one hour

5. Music sets the tone for a festive environment

Our greatest asset is our coaches who believe in this philosophy and are committed to put aside "the win at all cost" mindset and instead strive towards creating a fun, and values based environment where kids and families can enjoy sports in life's proper context.
